Church Ministries Department

If you have a passion to serve God in a local Baptist Church, or if you are seeking what God might have in mind for your future, the Church Ministries Department is for you. This department trains future pastors, youth pastors, music leaders, and church staff with a solid biblical doctrinal foundation and a ministry philosophy. You will learn from instructors with decades of ministry experience, and who are still actively involved in local church ministry. The department will include instruction from Dr. Paul Chappell, as well as currently serving staff of Lancaster Baptist Church. Core Bible doctrines courses are taught by full-time college instructors like Rick Houk, Mike Lester and Dane Keely.
