With mid terms being over, West Coast students had the opportunity to take an afternoon off and go to the Santa Monica Pier. "It was nice just talking about regular things. No papers or homework," Nicole Ostertag said when asked about her time at the pier. Many of the students enjoyed getting off campus and having some fun with their friends. Whether walking in the sand or looking at all the interesting things on the pier, everyone enjoyed their time. After the pier, the students went to the Howard Hughes Mall for dinner. Scattering through the mall's food court, each student found a place they enjoyed. They are already looking forward to next year’s trip to the ocean!
