Brother Schmidt has served as an associate pastor at Lancaster Baptist Church for twenty years. His responsibilities include the student and singles ministry, Striving Together Publications, media ministry, and weekly service oversight. He and his wife Dana have three children-Lance, Larry, and Haylee. Brother Schmidt has a passion to help young adults understand the Christian life and live out God's will to its fullest. The Lord has allowed him to author several books. He enjoys encouraging others through writing, and spending time with his family.
